Section 01

Section 02
The law we follow
We handle personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) together with the Data Protection Act 2018. We are the controller for the data described on this page.
The regulator is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Cookies and electronic marketing are also covered by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
Section 03
What this website collects
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company and a message. It does not send these to a server. It opens a draft in your own mail program, and the data reaches us only if you send that email. Nothing from the form is stored on this website.
We use what you send only to handle and answer your enquiry. Ticking the consent box does not give us permission to send you marketing. Under the UK GDPR and PECR, marketing emails need a separate, explicit consent, and we do not ask for one through this website.
Emails you send us are kept in our mailbox for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows from it, then deleted.
Section 04
Hosting and other processors
The website runs on a hosting platform that acts as our processor. To deliver pages it handles technical data such as your IP address and browser details in its request logs. Our email provider processes the messages you send us.
Fonts are self hosted on this website, so no font service receives data about your visit. We do not use analytics tools, advertising tools or tracking pixels.
Section 06
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- get a copy of your personal data (access);
- have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
- have your data erased in the cases the law sets out (erasure);
- restrict how your data is used (restriction);
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests (objection);
- receive your data in a portable format (portability);
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on consent.
The legal basis for handling your enquiry is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, or our legitimate interest in answering messages we receive. To use any of these rights, write to info@
You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to answer your concern first, but you do not need to contact us before you complain.
Section 07
For visitors in the EU
Where we target people in the EU, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, applies to that processing as well. It adds to the sections above and does not replace the UK base.
Where it applies, the Regulation gives you the right to:
- be told how your data is used, which this page does;
- get a copy of your data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased in the cases the Regulation sets out;
- restrict how your data is used;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on consent;
- complain to the data protection authority in your EU country.
To use any of these rights, write to info@
