EU AI Act gap review
An EU AI Act gap review lists the AI systems a company builds or uses, proposes a risk category for each under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, and sets out what that category would require against what is in place today. The category and the obligations are for your counsel to confirm.
Specification
- Input
- A list of AI features and tools in use, their purpose and users, and any existing documentation of how they were built.
- Method
- We inventory each system, record its purpose, users and data, propose a category with the reasoning written out, and compare the requirements of that category with the documentation and controls that exist.
- Deliverable
- A system register with proposed categories and reasoning, and a gap list with owners, ready for your counsel.
- Measured by
- Systems in the register with a confirmed category, and gaps with an owner and a planned date.
