Retrieval assistant over internal docs
A retrieval assistant over internal docs answers staff or customer questions from a defined set of your own documents, and shows the passage each answer came from. When the documents do not hold an answer, it says so instead of guessing.

- Input
- The document set, who may ask what, and a list of real questions with the answers your team considers correct.
- Method
- We index the documents with access rules attached, build retrieval and answer steps with citations, and test them against your question list before anyone uses the assistant.
- Deliverable
- A working assistant in your accounts, its index pipeline, the evaluation set and a runbook for adding documents.
- Measured by
- Share of the agreed test questions answered correctly with a valid citation, and refusals where no answer exists.
